ProPAC or Promontory Heights Elementary Parents' Advisory Council, are a group of parents that were initially elected September 24, 2001 at the annual general meeting. Their purpose is to promote and support education, and to contribute a sense of community to Promontory Heights Elementary.

The current ProPAC would like to thank the previous years' PAC for their time and effort in making the previous years of Promontory such a success.
