We are delighted with the many unique features of our school!  The lower classroom wing contains two Kindergarten classrooms, each self-contained with outside doors, a shared kitchen and classroom washrooms.  Five primary classrooms, a teacher preparation room/copy room, plus two Special Education rooms complete the lower floor.  The upper classroom wing contains nine classrooms and a kitchen.  Access to the upper wing is via two sets of stairs as well as an elevator.

The middle wing contains the Library/Resources room complimented with an adjacent computer lab.  The general office section  contains secretarial workstations, the Principal's office, the health room, a teacher preparation room/copy room, and the staff room.

The Gymnasium/Multi-purpose wing provides opportunities for our students and our entire community.  Two multi-purpose rooms  provide space for community residents to learn/enjoy activities while our students are in session.  Further, the wing provides a meeting room and a storage room specially allocated for community use.  The two multi-purpose rooms can be separated with a sliding curtain to enhance use.  A kitchen situated between the multi-purpose rooms with accessibility from either room compliments this wing.

We have been growing a such a rate we now have portables for some of our recent new classrooms.

At Promontory  we  have  both a primary and an intermediate adventure playground, containing slides, monkey bars and much, much more!!
